Fifth Offense Drunk Driver Injured in Rollover Crash

Just after 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 17th, Dane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a single vehicle rollover crash on Oak Park Road, just north of Lea Drive in the town of Medina.
Timothy T. McCulloch had been traveling southbound on Oak Park Road when he failed to negotiate a curve and rolled his SUV. Deputies realized while trying to interview McCulloch, that he was intoxicated, and he was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated -5thOffense. He was transported by Marshall EMS to a local hospital with minor injuries. McCulloch consented to a blood sample at the hospital.
After being treated and released he was booked into the Dane County Jail on the felony charge. He was also cited for Failure to Maintain Control.
