Dane County Snow Mobile Trails Closing Due to Pending Warmer Weather

Effective Tuesday, February 18that 6:00 AM, all Dane County Snowmobile Trails will close due to the predicted warm temperatures.
In an effort to preserve the current trail base through a period of predicted warm weather, the Dane County Council of Snowmobile Trail Clubs and Dane County Parks are closing all snowmobile trails within Dane County. Trails will reopen once there are steady below-freezing temperatures and at least six inches of base snow.
