County Executive Statement Regarding Federal Court Ruling on Collective Bargaining Law

Dane County Executive Joe Parisi released the following statement regarding a federal court ruling regarding Wisconsin Act 10.

 

“Today is the first step towards restoring the basic rights of working families across Wisconsin. 

 

“In Dane County we have shown time and again that government can and should work with its workers.  Just this year we negotiated an agreement with our county workforce that will save taxpayers nearly $2 million in 2013.

 

“By working together we can continue to innovate and overcome our shared challenges.”
