WHAT: Two years after the September 11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in New York, how well is Dane County prepared to handle a large-scale attack or incident involving chemical, biological or other catalyst? Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk and Dane County Emergency Management Director Kathy Krusiec will spell out the planning, training, equipment, supplies and exercising that have prepared teams of responders to be ready in the event of an attack or accident. Samples of supplies will be on display.
